Details:
The Good Luck Joes have continued a long progression of song writing and performing from their first self-titled work in 2004 to their most recent release "Why Everything Goes Wrong" EP in August of 2007. In this new work, "Two Drifters" and the acoustic version of "Middle of Me" (from the album "What Do You Think of That Noise?"), the band explores new depths of emotion and complexity while maintaining their accessible pop/rock style. "Two Drifters" captures the listener with a penetrating melody and straight forward lyrics. The interpretation of "Middle of Me" offers a rolling, easy feeling not found in the original track of the upbeat popular song that has been used in numerous television shows and promotional situations. Again, the band demonstrates their versatility and ability to translate a simple theme into multiple formats. Enjoy this new dimension of The GLJs.
