This band performs an interesting mix of emotionally driven, alternative rock and adult-contemporary, radio-friendly pop music. Together for five years now, the sound of the band is comparable to the artists it covers (Tracy Bonham, P.J. Harvey, Ani Difranco, K''s Choice to name a few). Each band member is a life-long Quad City native, and brings to the table a rare assortment of influences which defines them as musicians and ultimately, as a group. "Closer Than Now" tries not only to entertain, but to identify with it''s audience on a personal level. Each song either tells a story or describes a feeling that we have all experienced or dealt with at some time in our lives.
