Who and What is Exitwound?
Exitwound was born here in Billings, Montana in 2002.
My name is Paul "The Toadster" Underwood Sr. I''m 44 years young. I''m a proud member of The Northern Cheyenne Nation of Montana
and A very proud Father of 4 wonderful children. And also very proud to have recently getting married to my life long soul mate.
The Name of Exitwound was given to me by a close Bro of mine: Ted Tafoya of Billings, 10 years ago. I have been playing Guitar since the age of 10. I have had no formal training on any instrument. I picked up all instruments that I play on my own and with the gift of playing by ear!
Exitwound Represents all the Mistake''s over my life time, all the hurts and pains, and then the healing process''s. And the change of making a difference in many people''s life''s.
The Music of Exitwound is very unique; I call my style “Cool Trance Metal". due to: I play many different styles. I have been told by many that I''m the next "Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Satrian and The Great Robin Trower" I''m very Flattered and Honored, But, These are the master''s that I listen to, I''m just Paul from The Rez ~~ That loves to play and create music to share. So thank-you to all the fans that have made these statements. I''m just me, with my own unique style.
