Details:
Tom has been involved in music since he was 9 years old when he first began guitar lessons. One Sunday afternoon after having seen the movie "Superman", Tom came home and without ever having had a piano lesson, sat down at the piano and played the theme song from the movie soundtrack. His "super" talent was definitely apparent and piano lessons immediately followed. As Tom continued to excel in his musical accomplishments and after having surpassed the expectations and abilities of a number of different music instructors, he finally became a private student of the acclaimed James Tannenbaum of the Cleveland Institute of Music.
As a professional musician, Tom completed his first CD album in December of 1998. The entire musical track is composed, arranged and performed by Tom. In October of 1999, after much encouragement from a number of supporters and professionals that he had met during the recording of his CD, Tom moved to LA to pursue his dreams of a musical career.
Tom''s CD "Treasure The Gift" was premiered in December of 1998 to a crowd of over 600 fans and long-time supporters. Those in attendance were heard to remark: "Amazingly gifted"; Music that touches the soul"; "His is truly music for the heart". The CD sales continue to increase through word-of-mouth, fan support and grassroots promoting. Many people who have heard Tom''s music compare him to John Tesh, Yanni, Barry Manilow and Jim Brickman.
Tom''s current CD pure solo piano, with some of the best melodies he''s written to date.
