Ii??m great, thank you. I think wei??ll start off with your background. Where did you come from and how did you get into this business?

Richard:
Ii??m an Australian. At the moment, Ii??m living in the Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, which is on the Persian Gulf. Ii??m living here with my wife and my two boys, and wei??ve been here for about three years now, which is great. Wei??re over here on a teaching contract that my wife was offered. Iti??s given us a chance to travel with our boys while wei??re still young, which is fantastic....
