Laser Trend is a forex trading system. Laser Trend forex trading is suitable for swing traders and for the scalpers. The Laser Trend is a very simple forex trading system which uses very simple forex trading indicators. There are only six technical indicators used in this forex trading system. Moving Average
The Laser Trend forex trading system is mainly based on moving averages. All the signals are generated based on moving averages. The main moving average of this system is a 40-day simple moving average. There are three other moving averages of 12, 5, and 40 (with different algorithm). Generally the crossovers of these moving averages generate buy/sell signals.

Arrows
Although the signals are generated on the basis moving averages the ultimate trigger points are generated by the arrows that you see on the chart. The red arrows and the green arrows generate sell and buy signals respectively.


Buying Conditions Using Laser Trend.

Market should be up trending.
Market should be bouncing from recent swing low.
Market should be above all the moving averages.
A green arrow should appear below the market.
Place your long position as soon as above conditions are met.
Place your stop loss just below the recent swing low.
Take your profit when a red arrow appears above the market.


Selling Conditions Using Laser Trend.

Market should be down trending.
Market should be falling from recent swing high.
Market should be below all the moving averages.
A red arrow should appear above the market.
Place your short position as soon as above conditions are met.
Place your stop loss just above the recent swing high.
Take your profit when a green arrow appears below the market.
