SELF-HELP IS EFFECTIVE
For self-help to be effective much depends on the type of program, the way in which it is presented to the individual, and the ability of a person to stay with a program and to make it work. Therefore, it is possible for us to help ourselves if we can stay with a program long enough to give it a chance to work, use techniques like self-monitoring to record progress and self-reward to motivate ourselves, or use a wide variety of approaches (so that if one technique fails there are other approaches we can continue to use).
Most successful effective self-help comes to those who are stable enough to apply the principles of self-help without being overpowered by the demands of yet another system or force in life. But I believe that one of the numerous causes of so many failures is the habit that people have of always changing the one thing to another, or of one way of doing a thing to another. You must have determination, and you must continue to have faith in your own work, in your own self and in God
YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU SAY! (Mark 11:23)
The word is a most powerful weapon. It can destroy you. It can destroy your family and your nation. It also can heal in a most astounding way; every negative thought should be answered with the words of authority and of blessing. For you to change your atmosphere, you have to change your vibration. I testify to the fact change your words and you will change your vibrations. You are a master workman and your tools are your words. Be sure you work positively, According to the Divine Plan; man is a dispenser of God-Power.

Man does not create this force, but man was given the power, the vibration of this power of God. Man has power and dominion over the elements; Jesus said, Rebuke wind and waves. All of us should really be able to put an end to the drought, an end to war and an end to epidemic; through the power of the spoken word.
