There are many alternative options available to deal with menopause symptoms that can avoid the use of hormone replacement therapy and have considerably fewer risks involved.

What Is Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a condition where the bones lose their mineral content and become brittle enough to fracture, even without provocation, such as a fall. It is estimated that the disability associated with osteoporosis is more than that found in cancer and is about the same as disability associated with most chronic diseases, including hypertension, asthma, and rheumatoid arthritis.
