I want to show how it all began, how the foundation was laid and how this foundation will affect the next section: which is Relationship (Your Ex) how these relationships either mold you for the better or for the very worse. And also, how our reaction might have aided or altered the molding process of things. After I am done with this section, we will journey to the next section, which is Your Heartbreak. This section will tell you how to convert heart break into fuel for your dream to run. While many might disagree, I like to think that pain in itself could be an energy source, depending on our attitude and reaction to it.



When I was 17, I was a tall lanky young man: permit me to say that I didnt really like my physique at the time and so I went to work: I started lifting weights as many people call it. After the first day or so, I was in extreme pain. My whole body really hurt pretty bad and so I talked to someone pretty experienced in lifting weights. I was expecting him to maybe encourage me to see a doctor but rather he told me, Charles, its part of the process. That is to say, he meant that the exercise was working. I felt strange, how could the prove of the success of my escapades with weight lifting be pain? Yeah, I guess! Until I kept on pushing and I realized, the pain does go away with time. And not because it is not there anymore or that you are used to it but because, YOU HAVE BECOME STRONGER THAT YOUR PAIN. Yes, you can be stronger and wiser that your pain, at this point it becomes fuel for your dreams. This brings us to the fourth section of this book and that is, Your Dream. It is really funny how many celebrate realized dreams but despise the rugged journey that birthed that dream.
