Familique is four artists & writers, who are friends & family, that have come together to create music spanning RnB, Pop & Hip Hop, flavored with tastey jazz sound bites.
This album was recorded at my home in Astoria,Queens. Using an old Roland VS1680, a Yamaha Motif, Roland MV8000, and an MPC 2000XL. Most of the vocals were done using a shure SM48 due to budgetary constraints.
All and all we are overcome by the euphoria of finally completing a project like this, which was 100 percent done at home, from CD label design to finished master.
Even if we don''t make a dime, we are all so very happy to be here. Our world as a whole is fortunate enough to be moving along life''s road at this very same point in time.
A time where, unlike any other time in music history, We can all truly listen to the musical pulse of the world!.
