Steel Rider – EAT THE MONSTER !

Recorded in a South Baltimore basement over 20 years ago, this little gem of a CD is finally seeing the light of day. Written and produced by guitar and studio wizard Rik Harley, the album was recorded on analog tape and has been re-mastered to preserve the power that was meant to rock the listener.

At this point it is not clear who actually played on this album (or if Harley played everything). Before Harley’s disappearance in 1999, he signed with Victor Victor Music and entrusted the EAT THE MONSTER master tapes to the record company. https://www.tradebit.com

In 2005 a production company for MTV got wind of Steel Rider and featured “Rock Hard”, “Let The Kids Rock” and “Bombs Away” in the reality TV series Real World – Road Rules Challenge.

Since then inquiries come in literally everyday from people all over the world wanting to find this music.

Still waiting for Rik Harley to re-surface, the decision was made to move ahead with the release of the record due to popular demand.

Rumors have Harley somewhere in the Baja Peninsula. Some say South America. Some say not on this earth.
If he does show up, the word is there is more material including believe it or not, an acoustic metal album.

From the straight ahead “Rock Hard” to the arena inspired "Let The Kids Rock", to the Gothic "Eat The Monster" to the biker funeral anthem “Death Chopper’ this is a CD any hard rock or metal fan will find essential.

People who are interested in should consider this download.
