When the last fuse was blown I picked up my acoustic guitar and began to write the songs I heard in the echoes. When I listen to the album now I can still see glowing coals as the fire begins to die. I can see the shadows cast across the room as the moon is reflected off the desert snow. I can smell the winter''s smoke and the spring''s bloom. I can see the faces and I can hear the voices. This album is filled with stories that exist as a soundtrack to a time and a place that we have all experienced at some time in our lives. Some of the stories were best told alone. Some of the stories could not have been told without the help of friends. There is no pretense here, just the truth...as I saw it.
