I have been meditating for a long time. Recently, a few people suggested making this available to everyone, so I took the time to create and assemble these meditation CDs. I found that using my own style of music would bring this to a new level. When I teach meditation, it is done from the heart and with everything that is around us. Since we all try so hard to be uniform with everyone, I felt it needed a change. Now this change will help you in your meditation. The fourth meditation is the background music from the first three guided meditations. If you have a feel for the guided meditation, then you will be able to use the musical meditation and allow yourself be transported anywhere.
I am presently working on a new style of meditation that will include a journey into the animal world. This new voyage will be approximately 30 minutes in length.
