Quiksesh is acoustic rock band that infuses reggae and folk rock into their lyrically driven songs and intuitive bass and guitar riffs. The band is comprised of Sean Sullivan, Tom Werneken, Mark Owens and Evan Davis, who first played together while attending Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Quiksesh recorded its first EP ‘Redefined EP’ in the summer of 2007, and released it at the Briar Patch Amphitheatre in July of the same year. The band entered the studio soon after that, and released ‘This State of Mine’ in the spring of 2008.
