This is a contract between a Publisher, Producer and Record Company.
This contract states the name of the joint venture, character of the business, location of the principle place of business, and percentages of contributions and profits/losses of each partner involved. This type of contract is usually used between two or more parties in a joint effort to publish music, produce recordings, promote and distribute recordings all other business necessary and related to fulfilling the needs of the agreement.
