Polished in the studio and professional on stage, The D & R Studio Band is just that, a working studio band at D & R Studio in southeastern Ohio. Formed to back up various artists during recording sessions but with musical roots dating back into the 1960''s!
The tracks on this CD are all original songs written to capture the feel of the music of the 1960''s. All of these tracks ( with the exception of "My Good Friend", which is a song written about two friends who fought against each other during the Civil War)were written as tributes to the music and the groups of the 60''s. We hope that we were able to capture a little bit of that magical
musical experience, and that you will be transported back to another place in time in our "Time Machine".
