Zyzygy is a flexible music project that includes contributions from various musicians. The goal is bringing people and excellent music together. Zyzygy generally fits into the genres of rock, alternative, punk, ska, acoustic, and folk, yet has electronica and world overtones.
The Great Unknown is a primer release of Zyzygy''s musical work that has taken place during the last two years, and the EP represents the first songs to come to fruition. The EP recording process has also been an experimental one, since most of the equipment used was different than used in previous recordings. Each song was recorded with Garageband and mastered in Logic Pro.
It is hoped that you will enjoy this transitional expression of Zyzygy and the unique version of "Easy", "Hope is Returning", and "Seriously". May the songs enhance your exceptional experience of the Great Unknown.
