Only48hours is a London based band formed in 2007 by Alex Marathon (vocals, guitar and synths), Jordan White (guitar and programming) and Mick Pins (bass guitar). In this short time, these three guys have created something they define as a “crossover”: their musical influences go from rock’n’roll and blues to modern alternative rock and electronic pop.
What has resulted from this? An “original”, “fresh”, “unique” sound, according to what listeners have said. After few months on Myspace their fan base keeps growing rapidly along with positive feedback.
Their debut album “Multicoloured mirror” is a fast beginning for something meant to last longer than a season. Yet they’re Only48Hours…definitely!
