Treyvon "Marquis" Spruill (born August 28, 1991) is a 16 year old R&B/Pop Singer and dancing phenom. Marquis excels above many other R&B artists because of his ability to produce and write for himself as well as other artists. Marquis has captured the love of many audiences. He is embraced by the hearts of adoring high school fans as well as the hearts of the grown and sexy. His debut single "Take It To The Floor Feat. Fatman Scoop has swarmed the radio airwaves as well as smashed the party scene.
Marquis, the oldest of four boys was born in Greenville, North Carolina; the son of Albert and Maleeka Spruill. He was influenced by artists played by his grandparents in his younger days such as Michael Jackson,James Brown, and The Temptations. At age 5 he was already mimicking his idols at talent shows and family gatherings. By age 11 he began maturing in his dancing and vocal ability. He also began experimenting with production and writing. At at age 15, he began taking over the R&B game with extreme domination.
At 16, he met his manager Tonya Ross (https://www.tradebit.com) at a high school talent show. She was amazed at his overall talent and charisma. She expressed her interest and belief in his ability to be the next teen R&B superstar. Shortly after being introduced, he began hitting the recording and dance studios;He also made several appearances on local television shows and radio stations, promoting what is now his current album "The Jumpoff''.
