THE BIOGRAPHY OF READY ROCK
Ready Rock was born Terrell James in St. Augustine Florida. He is the 3rd oldest of 4 children.
Terrell graduated from Terry Parker High School and earned his High School Diploma. He later attended
Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Florida. During his college career he played on the football team for
the college.
Terrell has always loved many genres of music. However, he felt that Hip Hop is what he related to best.
He also realized in his teenage years that he was talented enough to write his own music as well as well rap.
In 2004 his sister and brother in law started a record label by the name of Hotlanta Records in Atlanta, GA.
He initially decided to move to Atlanta and begin to try his hand at producing music. After his transition to
Atlanta and dedicating many hours to the art of music production he realized that his true passion was in the
area of writing and rapping.
In June of 2008 Terrell signed to Hotlanta Records and recorded his first single under the label. His debut single
“Pull Up” is scheduled to be released in August 2008.
