One of the realest squads manifested as Manic Depression formed by Know Money, Skitso, and Mr. Sic Sac a.k.a. Mr. Chicago in 1996. Manic has since then come up with numerous mix-tapes and individual projects as well as headlined at several performances.
In December of 2006, Manic decided to encapture some of their expericences through songs with the album "The Great Depression" as a way of voicing out alot of hardships being viewed in the various hoods across America of which most inhabitants are minorities.
