今回のＣＤは、餅月あんこさんが特別に描きおろしたジャケットです。餅月あんこさんといえば、週刊ファミ通や週刊アスキーなどで連載してる漫画家さんです。
肝心のＣＤの中身は、前回のＣＤにひきつづき、現役ゲームサウンドクリエイターを中心としたデジタルアーティストたちの楽曲で、今回はタイトルそのまんま夏をイメージしたガールズポップが中心となっています。ゲームクリエイターの意外な一面が垣間みれるかもしれません。
また、リッジレーサーなど数々のサウンドを手掛けてきた細江慎治氏のバンドからできたバンド「まねきゅあ団」の曲も今回のＣＤに収録しています。本家まにきゅあ団を知っているなら必聴です。
どれもこれもかなりクオリティーの高い楽曲が揃いました。ＣＤの最後にはオマケとして、参加されたアーティストの声が聞けるインタビューが入っています。餅月あんこさんにも無理をいってお願いしました。漫画家さんの声が聞ける数少ないチャンスですよ。
