AghonyA is a Chilean Female Fronted Rock Band.
Founded on 2004 as a group of friends who just played music for fun. Since 2006 and after a few changes on the band members, AghonyA started to compose the first Studio album called Oxygen.
The debut album Oxygen was recorded and produced by AghonyA in Santiago de Chile, so it is a 100% independend CD. You will find powerfull songs with strong lyrics which are a reflection of human race’s decay and society’s abominations along with the disasters that we are causing to the Earth with our conducts, and you will also find beautifull songs with very personal lyrics.
Through the last years, AghonyA has played on the most popular venues in Chile, including opening acts for very important bands like After Forever (2005) and Within Temptation (2008).
On these days, the band is promoting their first album, filming the first video clip for the song Lead me into You (trailer coming soon) and playing live!
