There are times when I am performing solo piano that my fingers wander away from familiar patterns to find their own music. These inspirations seem to link emotionally with various things going on in my world at that time. Later, I hone them down or stretch them out into more refined compositions and give them titles which reflect these connections. Most of the songs here have origins within these tiny "finger discoveries."
