Since inception in mid- 2003, Erwin have been making fans throughout Southern California performing in numerous venues along the coast from the Sunset Strip to the border.
Erwin has been featured throughout Hollywood in clubs including the Viper Room, Whisky A Go Go, The El Rey Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Club Lingerie, The Gig, The Derby and many others.
Erwin emerged on the music scene as a project conceived by Tony Buschauer, the band''s singer and rhythm guitarist. Fueled by purpose and armed with unique, but catchy songs, Tony was able to team up with lead guitarist, Dave Stone, bassist, Randy Morris and drummer, Jason Graham - all veterans of the LA and Orange County music scenes.
Erwin has recently completed work on their first full-length album with producer Brian Reeves (Rooney, U2, Billy Idol) at the helm. Look for it in stores January 23, 2005 at Amoeba Records and Arons Records and online at iTunes.
2005 plans for Erwin include partnering with the right record label and distributor as well as exploring film and T.V. licensing opportunities.
