This 2003 CD is a collaboration between Wishing Chair and traditional and Bluegrass instrumentalist Kara Barnard. Miriam and Kiya first met Kara while playing at the National Women''s Music Festival in 2000. Audience response was so great that they joined forces for a few special performances. A wonderfully live and acoustic sounding record, it features great Wishing Chair originals including Dishpan Brigade, Carolina and Beautiful Soul, as well as many traditional https://www.tradebit.com song, Dishpan Brigade, won a finalist spot in the Music to Life Song Competition at the Kerrville Folk Festival.
