Billy Nunn is among the most gifted and versatile B3 Organist and Keyboardist today. At the age of nineteen, after only one year playing the Hammond B3 he gave his first concert. The Smith and the McDuff along with other organists came out of him. In 1968, at the age of twenty, he took a job with the Great Johnny Lytle.
In 1969 Billy at the age of 21 met The Softtones at "Jan''s Supper Club" in Buffalo, New York,(were many legends of today performed). After hearing Billy play The Softtones and Billy toured Japan. Wherever Billy went, he left a loving impression with jazz, blues, and pop music lovers.

Billy Nunn also applied his skills on recordings,tours and compositions with groups internationally. In addition to receiving in 1978 a Gold Album for his work on "Come and Get it", Rick James recording. Billy assisted his brother writer Bobby Nunn on material that received 1986 Grammy nomination for Best Male Gospel for "Triumph" artist Philip Bailey, and 1988 Grammy nomination for "Magic" artist The Jets. Billy has recorded with Motown, Columbia, MoDo, Solid State, Milestone, H&L and Virgin Records.
Billy Nunn married his sweetheart of 6 years Beverley (Jelks)at the Chapel of Love in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he continues to perform, as well as, touring the world.
