Like so many artists, Julie''s musical carrer began in church, when she was five years old. As a result, inspirational music has a special place in her heart and and a very positive influence in her life. Still today, her favorite place to perform, is church.
The songs on this album are some of her favorites. They have, not only some of the most beatiful melodies, but lyrics that bring messages of faith and hope.
Julie has also been active in musical theater, having performed and directed on a variety of stages in two continents. “The King and I,” and “Promises, Promises” are two of the productions in which she played leading roles. She was “musical director” for several musical productions. She has entertained audiences in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Florida and South America, in English and Spanish. Julie says, “To create a truly memorable musical performance, it is vital to possess a sincere love and understanding, not just of music, but of people. . .” and she does.
During the past six years, Julie has performed more than 1,400 highly acclaimed shows.
