In the 1980’s Elder Gwendolyn Green was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write songs. The songs were sung then by children in the Children’s Choir of the Trinitarian Apostolic Faith Church, where Pastor Glenmore Olive presided. As time passed, her husband, (formerly a layman) Larry Green Sr., was called into the ministry, and in 1989 The New Faith Non-Denominational House of Prayer Church was established, where Chief Apostle Larry Green Sr. presides as Pastor. As the Lord added on to the church, anointed singers were joined together. In 1991, the New Faith Singers were formed.
While being steadfast throughout the years in writing anointed songs, in singing, and in experiencing deliverances through singing the songs of Zion, the Holy Spirit spoke to Elder Gwen Green and said, “It’s time now to record.” Under the supervision of Chief Apostle Larry Green Sr.: Pastor and Business Manager of the New Faith Singers, in 2003 the New Faith Singers went into the Recording Studio and recorded the CD entitled, “I Will Praise Him!”; Acappella. In 2005 it was released.
In 2008, the New Faith Singers re-entered into the studio and did a remix of "I Will Praise Him!" This time, with the aid of anointed musicians, the “Greater Work” was accomplished and it became marketable, to reach the masses!All praises be to God! We have received reports of healings, deliverances, dedication of souls to Jesus Christ and comfort through the anointed ministering of the songs on this CD!
