I have tried everything and it does not work. The download went great but when I try to "click" on any of the folders, nothing happens. The RAVE.exe file does nothing but the RAVE.ico file shows a picture. Any suggestions?

I cannot open the file!!! I tried copying it to a cD and it still doesnt work. I would like my money back if I cant get assistance in accessing these documents. What do I do?
it did not say you can only use with your computer. thats not cool. I wanted to print out what I needed to use. wont let me do that.

Its is a poor download system that dont work. I have been unable to download for three days. Maybe many step with your new system. I want a refund if you can make it work. Im sick of playing games.
