Swamp Donkey. Born in a slough in Big Valley, Alberta, is steeped in more than just hard living’ country folklore and a penchant for punk. Describing the band’s sound is like trying to describe a hurricane from a comfortable old chair in the eye of the storm, whiskey in hand. “cunk” is as close as you get: Country inspired, punk re-wired.
