Forever In Terror began just over three years ago with five friends in Streetsboro, Ohio about 30 miles outside of [[Cleveland, Ohio]]. The band was formed by drummer Nick Borukhovsky and between 2003 - 2006 the band went through name changes and member changes to finalize its current lineup of Ben Kantura ([[Rhythm Guitar]]), Chad Lundgren ([[Bass Guitar]]), Mike Wartko ([[Keyboards]]) Nick Borukhovsky ([[Drums]]), Chris Bianchi ([[Vocals]]) and Glenn Moore ([[Lead Guitar]])
In 2004 after several small local shows the band caught the attention of Concert Promotions and Band Management firm [[Hardcore Marketing]], Inc. HM, Inc asked the band to play the top venue in Cleveland, The Odeon Concert Club. They were an instant fan favorite with their New Wave of American Heavy Metal stylings. The band quickly gained recognition due to the talent at such a young age. The band opened for some of the biggest national names in metal including [[Machine Head]], [[Unearth]], [[Trivium]], [[God Forbid]], [[All That Remains]], [[DevilDriver]], [[Meshuggah]], [[Mushroomhead]] among many others. However, the highest honor came when the band was asked to open for Cleveland home town legends [[Chimaira]] for the legendary Chimaira Christmas.
In early 2005 after having played several more high profile shows the band was approached by Hardcore Marketing, Inc. Because of previous good relations between the band and HM, Inc. Forever In Terror chose to produce its first demo at HM. In the midst of consistent gigging, Forever In Terror entered Track Six Recording Studios with engineer Brandon Youngs in early July 2005. Throughout Forever In Terror''s time in the studio, the professional quality music being produced by the young band became increasingly more well-known.
Upon finishing their demo the band had HM shop the demo to several record labels. In October 2005, the members of then-named 7th Plague learned that [[Metal Blade Records]] was putting an offer in on the band. In January 2006, the band accepted the offer from Metal Blade.
"We are completely elated about the signing and what is to come for us in the near future. All of us are only seventeen years old and we are still having trouble accepting the fact that our dreams are coming true at such a young age. To be a part of the Metal Blade Records family and to be represented alongside bands such as [[Unearth]], [[As I Lay Dying]], [[Cannibal Corpse]], [[The Black Dahlia Murder]], [[Six Feet Under]] and so many of our other favorite bands its just amazing. We know we are young, but we are humble, and we want fans to judge the music not the age." stated Borukhovsky.
The band hit the road for 2 years straight to support their freshman release "Restless In The Tides", accomplishing several full U.S. tours with acts such as Vital Remains, Monstrosity, Hell Within, Last Chance To Reason, Aesthetic, Iwrestledabearonce, and Look What I Did.
Along the way, the band received several endorsements including Peavey Amplification, GHS Strings, Dean Bass Guitars, DDrum Drums/Hardware, Wide Rides Guitar Straps, Monster Cables, Chaotik Clothing Company, Ataevius Clothing Company, Sik World Clothing Company and Fixx Energy Drink. Despite the chaotic scheduling, the band also shot their first official music video (Produced By Frankie Nasso-Hatebreed/All That Remains) for the song "The Chosen One" which debuted on MTV2 Headbanger''s Ball on April 5th, 2008. Later that year the members of Forever In Terror were informed that the video had received a nomination for Video Of The Year in 2008, which they graciously accepted.
