The Master Resell Rights entitles you to:

Sell it it any price of your choice
Sell the Resell Rights to it at any price
Sell the Master Resell Rights at any price
Give it away as a bonus
Give it away as a freebie to others
Include it in a package
NOTE: You can do virtually anything you want with it. But the only restriction with Master Resell Rights is that you may not give away the Master Resell Rights to it for free.

You may sell the Master Resell Rights, but you cannot grant others the Master Resell Rights to it for free.

But if you are a Private Label Rights owner, you may even give away the master resell rights to other for free. (But again, there you are not allowed to give away the PLR to it for free)
