There are many gateways to the soul. Through this recording, may the vibrations of my flute sound be a guide through the portal to your soul. In our busy world we may long for a perfect place to meditate, to comfort our hearts and nourish our spirits. I believe that this is not some distant place of imagined perfect peace and quiet, but a presence that is always here, in every place. It is with this in my heart that I created and offer these sound journals. Each was recorded live at my dear friend''s wonderful home in Houston, Texas. The journals begin at dawn''s light with the songs of birds, rain, bells and a few traffic sounds too. My journals flow with the natural movement of motion and e-motion, through day and night, embracing the whole of what is and finding the beauty that is resplendent in all life. It is my hope that you will create your own sound journal, entering the gateway to your soul... wherever you may be.
heartfully,
jennifer

It is an easy thing to capture the sound of sound after all, it is what we are surrounded by https://www.tradebit.com is so much a part of our world that the mind creates filters, thereby sorting out what we choose to hear or disregard. It is an altogether harder thing to capture the sound of https://www.tradebit.com challenge is to create an audio equivalent of tranquility, the silent void of meditation. Gateway to the Soul is one such album that evokes the peacefulness of serenity. Armed with a variety of flutes, Jennifer Keeney effectively captures the bare sound of the wind, the simple running of water, the timelessness of the moment, and the breath we take in. Gateway to the Soul is an internal journey, set to sound, and makes it clear that the silence within us is the most honest music of all.
David Welling, Body Mind & Soul
In our troubled times, we need new tools to restore our sense of wholeness. Gateway to the Soul is just such a tool--uniting body, mind, and spirit to help us find the healing place inside each of us.

As we move into the new medicine of the 21st century, we are learning how the subtle energies of rhythmic patterns and vibrations influence geometric patterns, organize cellular structures, and shift resonate brainwave frequencies among other things. We also are studying how healing intentions can be transmitted nonlocally from one person to another, unbounded by time and space. Beautiful playing, beautiful music, bathe in the soothing sounds of the Gateway to the Soul and experience the peace and healing intended by this artist and a healer. As you listen to this music, may you be moved into a creative state of awareness and directed to the "portal of your soul".
