The Groundsmen grew up together and are now hard working thirtysomethings. It was once said by a friend : if Bob Dylan had come out of Athens, Georgia in the early 1980''s, he would''ve sounded like the Groundsmen. The Groundsmen are based in Nashville, TN where we''ve played around (in other bands and together) since the early 90''s. We love to jam at our shows, make records that sound good and to be as listenable as possible. This particular record is a batch of straightforward songs that represent our first outing as a band.
