function x2ds was formed in 2004 in Rome Italy by Dario Formica and Stefano Trossero. The band is currently based in NYC where it has regular gigs in venues like Arlene''s Grocery, Rebel, Sullivan Hall, The Delancey, Fontana''s, Fat Baby, Southpaw and many more...
New additions to the NYC line up include bass player Yani Di Giovanni, rapper Hai Tarik and percussionist Peter Sacristan.
"Funked Up" is a double album collection of new material and some re-mixed older songs. The genre varies from funk, hip hop, reggae, rock and dance.
Dario Formica is also a videographer and makes his own music videos.
