Details:
Bristol Pomeroy first got into music when he was 18 years old and started a band in Seattle called Undercurrent. This was back before the term "grunge" became a term. After a couple years, the band broke up and he joined another band called the Downtubes who were full of potential and got some awsome reviews, but that band fell apart after a couple years also. Bristol then came to New York and went to an acting conservatory for 4 years. He''s been a working actor in New York ever since. He''s always had his acoustic guitar with him and in 2004, he started writing a lot of songs for no appearant reason. His reluctant doubtful yet loving wife purchased a micraphone for him for his Birthday and he got a 4 track and started recording, immediatedly taking over the dining room with all sorts of wires, drums and general clutter. The result was the CD "Home", (and many comments and general dissaproval from his wife) a 14 song collection of his music where he plays all the instruments, wrote all the songs, and does all the vocals. Just after that, he was diagnosed with Lymphoma and underwent chemo radiation treatmens. They worked great and he then wrote more songs and messed up the house again. The result is an upcomming album with 20 dang songs on it. It''s almost ready and when it''s done, it will be available here at CD BABY. These songs are very different from the rock he played in the Seattle days, these are much more personal for the most part with some songs done just for pure fun.
