An Expedition discovers a Frozen Tyrannosaurus Rex in the Russian Tundra and bring it back to the U.S. for study and to display it. The Generators that are keeping the Dinosaur frozen blow-up, causeing the T-Rex to defrost and terrorize the city. Its up to Superman to save the day.
