I used to teach kids how to resolve emotional conflict through music. This was my way of doing the same.
Musically, it sarts out a little experimental and quickly gets to some rock and some blues. The ballads have a live string section which are arranged and conducted by the artist. The jazzier ballads have Richard Hardy playing sax, alto and soprano.
It''s an album that stimulates and soothes at the same time. Good for playing while doing house-work or laundry on a rainy day.
