The file is in .zip format so you will need to use a file compression manager like WinZIP to extract the files once you download. If you do not have any installed on your computer, you can go to https://www.tradebit.com and download a free trial version.

Once you extract the files to a folder you specify on your hard drive, go to that folder and open the https://www.tradebit.coml file. Follow the directions step by step to unlock and unbrand your phone.
