Isn''t music a wonderful thing? I have had a blast composing and writing songs, putting my heart and soul into pen and ink, melody and harmony. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I have enjoyed writing.
My name is Staci Marie Carriere. I am a songwriter, a singer, a musician, and a performer. I grew up on the stage, doing everything from Shakespeare to playing fiddle in a country band.
I try to bring a new perspective into my music. The same old viewpoints have be rehashed throughout time and throughout songs, and I hope to shed some new light on things. I''m not afraid to be bold and make a statement. I''m a very opinionated, yet openminded, person, and I hope that shows in my songs.
Writing is fun. Being a musician is fun. And sharing with the world what I have done and accomplished is sure to be the most fun of all. I hope to be able to do that. I hope that my music will be able to touch the heart and soul of many a person. Heck, if it only touches one person. If it only gets to one person''s ear, yet makes a difference, I will be more than happy. All I want is to spread the happiness I feel, the hardships that I''ve overcome, the lessons that I''ve learned, and the experiences I have had with others. So that maybe they can become inspired.
