Hemming is a compilation of moody songs from singer-songwriter Ryan Hemming and session guitarist, Daniel Conrad. Hemming is currently based out of Los Angeles, California. Ryan Hemming is the former singer from Ten Pound Troy and has substituted his fuzzy guitars with mellotrons and musical noise. He''s a lover of low-fi recordings. The album was recorded over a period of three years. Ryan recruited his childhood friend, Daniel Conrad, to play guitar and produce the recordings. Daniel Conrad is a talented guitarist who was a member of 1980’s Los Angeles band, Vox and the Charliehorses, Goldenboy, and as of late Steve Wilson’s group Plastic Soul. Michael Hemming (Ryan’s older brother) is on drums and is also former member of Ten Pound Troy, No Sympathy, Grain, Navy Jet Noise, and 80’s mod band Chardon Sqaure. This is an independent release for College Radio and fans of non-commercial music.
