In this World War II parable, a Cat breaks into a house full of mice, all the mice manage to escape but one. The Cat promises not to eat any of the mice as long as they appease him and pamper his every whim. Soon the Cat craves a mouse dinner and again the mice scatter and are tired of appeasing the Cat and start a military action and produce a robot dog to defeat the Cat.
