Father Hold On is a song that penetrated my soul from the first time I heard it. The lyric is beautiful, and the melody is haunting. The Lord has carried me through some journeys that have been quite difficult. I believe that a humans we all have insecurities. However, I have learned and am constantly reminded that we have our security in Jesus Christ, no matter the circumstance.
Grace You Bring is a song that is the soundtrack to my life. The words bring comfort, and peace. When I think about God’s grace, I am at peace with the world. My life could be falling apart around me...but His Grace is what gets me through.
Psalm 23 has been one of my favorites since I was a little girl. My mom and dad always encouraged me to memorize scripture. This Psalm was one that I memorized and recited when I was young. I have always been drawn to the Psalms. They resonate with me. The Holy Spirit and the Love of Christ comes alive in the Psalms.
Same Jesus is straight out of the Gospel. That is why I love it so much! I am blessed by the amazing miracles in the bible! That when we read the Gospel and we look at our lives and if we truly believe that God is constant...He really IS the same Jesus!
When I read the lyrics of Worlds Collide, I knew that this would be such a powerful song that hopefully would bring more people into the kingdom! When we put others before ourselves we are in a vulnerable place. A place that allows for growth, and maturity. When we see others in need we are given an opportunity to bless them. Our Father covers us with His shelter and His shield. We need to cover others with the Love of Christ. Our Father is the creator of ALL beings.
