Bernie Fawcett was born on the Wirral, an area just across the River Mersey from Liverpool, England. Raised against the backdrop of this musical explosion of talent which took place so close to home back in the 60''s, he soon formulated his own ambition to write and perform. His talents were spotted very early and lead to him travelling world wide, performing in the USA, South America and the Caribbean, as well as throughout Europe.
During his travels he has gained an enviable reputation, based on his easy going good humour, spiked with his continuous search for perfection and craft. His journeys, in far flung places, have given his writing and his performances an edge which touches everyone. They are a unique mix of dreams laced with melancholic disappointment and fervent hope, they are without pretension and are a reflection of what is happening around him as well as within.
It is not often that an album contains such obvious evidence not just of a creative rush, but a celebration of a good time for all, and as far as he is concerned those involved include the most important people of all ......... you.
