I began listening to the Z frequency at my desk through the monitor speaker. Almost instantly I felt this frequency was worlds more powerful than others (way to go, Doc!) as I started feeling pulled into a deep muscle consciousness and relaxation. I changed over to my stand alone speakers. I was listening while in front of my computer, eyes open semi-passive listening.

I can feel this sound working on my deep muscle tissue, my thighs more pronounced than other muscle groups, but also my shoulder area. Here's the thing: it is a relaxation but with consciousness. There is a permeating awareness at work that continues as I write. My head and face feel a charging energy

What can I liken it to? Imagine getting into an effervescent bubble bath that also has the transforming energy of deep sea mineral mud. It's warm and relaxing, and as it penetrates your muscles unwind while the energy percolates around you. But the minerals are energetic, nourishing the body, giving it information. Wow.

It is an aural auric bubble bath that continues...

Can't wait to listen actively!
