  Installation instructions are hard to follow. I emailed the developer and he installed the template via limited FTP account. I then had issues with the navigation bar and emailed him again for which he sent me files to resolve it. Not a perfect product or easy to install but email support made it worth the purchase as it was the only template I could find close enough to what I wanted so that I only had to modify the main image to get the desired site look I wanted. I would highly recommend the developer work on adding more detail to the installation instructions. Statements like Admin -- Builders -- next area ARE very helpful and dont require proper English to guide the common customer. :)
